The Edinburgh Page for Home-grown Composers!

This page has been created to help composers of Mass music from the Archdiocese of St Andrews and Edinburgh.
It contains music samples and contact details for the composer, and where appropriate, website links.

We can upload samples in graphics format (JPG or PNG), including manuscript music, and limited MP3 audio files.
Forth in Praise cannot, however, edit or typeset music - it has to be uploaded as is.

Enquiries about this page should be made to massmusic@forthinpraise.co.uk

John McLean from Kirkcaldy has created a website for his own music. It is very easy to navigate,
and the music can be viewed in Sibelius or PDF files. If you install the free Sibelius Scorch plugin,
you can listen to the music as well. John tells you how to do this. John is very kindly making his music
freely available, and all he asks is a thank-you to the email address he gives on his website.

Find John's website here. Below is a sample page from one of his Glorias. Click the image to enlarge.
